Greetings!
I am an award-winning photojournalist with over 35 years on staff as a photographer for the Arizona Republic Newspaper in Phoenix, AZ. I have shot everything from commercial work to news, corporate events, weddings, portraits, and special occasions, and have travelled around the world photographing some of the most important people, celebrities, and world leaders.
After practicing my craft for 35 years, I am still as passionate about photography as I was when I developed my first roll of film. I try to infuse my photography with the sense of wonderment and beauty that I have experienced in my travels, and I hope my images allow others to make the same emotional connection to my subjects that I make from behind the lens. I want to share with you the beauty and mystery I see in my subjects. I’ve photographed famous celebrities, spiritual leaders, remote villagers, world leaders, and even your average people next door. All have stories to tell, and my goal has been to capture their humanity with my photography.
